Core Kids is a kid fitness program designed to help children improve coordination, balance, and flexibility in a fun, kid-friendly environment. At Core Kids, children will learn the importance of incorporating physical fitness into their daily lives through a variety of fun activities including agility drills, running, jump rope, scooters, parachute games, free play, dance and more!
